Back in November of 2009, I created this screenshot and posted it over at EN World with a short blurb “Interesting little screenshot here…” (click the image for a full screen view). I then went to bed.
I provided multiple clues to help indicate this was not real, and it was even discovered quickly that it was not (even before being locked). It seemed as though people enjoyed it (see the thread).
In the screenshot, I added (in yellow) a link to www.dnd5.com – this is actually a domain I own at which you can see the landing page/graphic I made stating that 5e is “Coming Soon”.
So, if you feel like having some fun with someone, feel free to link them to the screenshot and dnd5.com. This will be up for some time!
