I need to do something like this for my group's renaming of the Bard power "Stirring Shout" to "Piñata of Healing". For those unfamiliar, the Power reads "Effect: Until the end of the encounter, whenever an ally hits the target, that ally regains hit points equal to your Charisma modifier." So the Elite or Solo suddenly grants 9hp every time we hit it. DM ruled the effect ends when the target dies though :( Sweet!
